David Pecoraro

Mr. Pecoraro brings more than seven years of experience in multifamily finance, with a strong background in both market-rate and affordable housing. His strong real estate accounting expertise and management experience will be instrumental as Logos continues to scale its impact and bring much-needed housing solutions to underserved communities across Southern California. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University, Mr. Pecoraro earned his Certified Public Accountant license and has since gained experience managing upwards of 40,000 multifamily housing units.
