Logos Faith Development Has Signed Long-Term Headquarters Lease Cementing Their Presence in Affordable Housing Development

Logos Faith Development, a leading Los Angeles-based affordable housing developer partnering with faith communities across Southern California, announced a landmark growth milestone: 15 groundbreakings planned across 2026, 2027 and 2028. The accelerated development schedule is aligned with elevated demand for affordable housing and positions the firm as one of the most active and rapidly scaling affordable housing developers in the region, now competing alongside the industry’s largest players. In support of that growth, Logos has signed a long-term lease for a new headquarters office in Downtown Los Angeles.

Logos Faith Development is set to break ground on 15 projects over the next three years, including five groundbreakings in 2026, five more slated for 2027, and an additional five planned for 2028. The company’s total development pipeline is now valued at roughly $750 million, encompassing more than 2,000 affordable housing units in partnership with over 15 faith-based organizations.

Concurrent with its growth announcement, Logos Faith Development has signed a long-term headquarters lease for roughly 5,000 square feet at 515 South Figueroa Street in Downtown Los Angeles. The new office will serve as a central hub for the Logos team supporting construction sites across Southern California.

Avison Young’s John Eichler and Tyler Stark represented the landlord; Lee & Associates Los Angeles’ Evan Jurgensen, Senior Vice President, served as tenant broker; and Bridgeway Real Estate Partners’ Spike Whitney advised Logos Faith Development on the transaction.
